Indie Campers in Lisbon seeks a Transportation & Logistics Analyst (German Speaker) to optimize regional fleet operations, manage depots, and enhance customer experience. You will own end-to-end processes from vehicle management to supplier relationships and cost control.

As a Regional Fleet Analyst, you will focus on executing regional fleet operations processes and managing a portfolio of local depots to ensure high fleet availability, quality, and operational efficiency. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience by maintaining operational excellence across all fleet-related activities within your region.
You will own the execution of end-to-end processes covering vehicle management, supplier procurement and relationship management, stock control, logistics coordination, and support to local operations teams. Your work will directly contribute to maximizing fleet utilization, controlling operating costs, and ensuring our vehicles consistently meet Indie Campers’ quality standards.
Reporting directly to the Regional Fleet Lead, you will work closely with regional colleagues and local teams to drive operational performance, support expansion initiatives, and continuously improve the way fleet operations are executed across the region.
