Mastercard seeks a Capacity Planning - Regional Business Partner for EEMEA to partner with regional Product, Sales, Client Services and Finance teams. You will lead analysis of capacity requirements, align stakeholders, and drive efficiency with data-driven plans and improvements.

Ideal candidates combine strategic consultancy with hands-on experience in capacity planning, advanced analytics, and strong communication skills to influence senior leaders across the Services organization.
