Mastercard Services seeks a proven Business Development Leader to build and scale a high-performing BDR team across Europe. You will design processes and playbooks from the ground up while coaching your team to excel in cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn outreach.

The role requires shaping strategy and taking ownership of the channel to drive pipeline. You will build relationships with enterprise stakeholders, work with Sales and Marketing leaders, and continuously improve outbound

Qualificações

• Experience leading a BDR/SDR team in a global organization.
• Hands-on background as a BDR/Outbound seller.
• Ability to design processes, frameworks and playbooks from scratch.
