International Schools Partnership Limited is seeking an Admissions Manager to lead regional admissions across multiple ISP schools in Portugal. You will drive recruitment, enrollment and service quality, supported by a strong CRM culture and data-driven decision making.

You\'ll collaborate with Heads of Admissions, manage the Regional Contact Centre, and report on enrolments, retention and pipeline progress. Excellent English and Portuguese communications are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in school admissions, customer service or sales.
• Ability to lead regional teams across multiple schools.
• Strong communication in English and Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day operational support to school-based Admissions teams and the Regional Contact Centre.
• Act as dotted-line manager to Heads of Admissions and Admissions Coordinators.
• Lead, manage and develop the Contact Centre team to maximise enquiry conversion and service quality.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture across the region.
• Oversee regional CRM management (HubSpot) and data accuracy across schools and the Contact Centre.
• Lead bi-weekly KPI reporting and provide actionable insights to regional stakeholders.
