This individual will drive the marketing and admissions strategy, managing the entire student recruitment funnel. Responsibilities include campaign execution, admissions process improvement, and team leadership across multiple centers. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, with strong skills in data analysis and paid media management. This is a full-time role with a focus on impactful educational initiatives.

Qualificações

• 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, growth, or student acquisition roles.
• Proven experience managing acquisition, conversion, and admissions processes.
• Experience leading and developing distributed teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define and own the integrated marketing and admissions strategy.
• Lead execution of student acquisition campaigns across various channels.
• Own and continuously improve the admissions process.
