Eupago Hub in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a receptionist to be the first face of the company in a 100% Portuguese fintech environment. You will join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team serving Eupago, Pagaqui, Imovendo and Protectus, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in reception or administrative support.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Good English written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and ensure the smooth running of reception tasks.
• Receive and direct external visitors.
• Manage the stationery and office supplies orders.
• Schedule the use of internal rooms and spaces.
• Handle messages and occasional errands (mail, banks, public entities, etc.).
• Manage correspondence and orders.
• Collaborate on general office support tasks.
