Job summary

Nadara Services Portugal is seeking a Wind Turbine Technical Support Specialist to serve as the technical reference for turbine subsystems across the Nadara fleet. The role involves remote and on-site troubleshooting, coordinating with OEMs and partners, and implementing standard corrective actions to improve reliability.

Ideal candidates will have an electrical engineering degree and 10+ years of turbine-specific experience, preferably with Nordex or Vestas models, along with strong SCADA/PLC

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
10+ years of turbine technical support experience (Nordex/Vestas preferred).
Demonstrated troubleshooting of complex electrical/controls faults.

Responsibilities

Act as technical reference for turbine subsystems (pitch, converters, SCADA, PLC).
Provide remote and on-site troubleshooting and fault resolution.
Lead or support RCA and corrective actions for high-impact failures.
Recommend repairs, upgrades and parameter changes within change control rules.
Coordinate with OEMs, service partners and site teams to share solutions.
