You will ensure regulatory deadlines are met, balance workload distribution, and guarantee ongoing case processing with a focus on productivity and quality in a BPO environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with workflow management and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze workloads and prioritize operational activities.
• Knowledge of the work accident/occupational illness declaration process and deadlines.
• Clear communication, escalation management and cross-functional coordination.
