Ayming is seeking an operations-focused professional in Lisbon to manage outsourced work accident and occupational illness case flows. You will ensure regulatory deadlines are met, balance workload distribution, and guarantee ongoing case processing with a focus on productivity and quality in a BPO environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with workflow management and reporting tools.
• Ability to analyze workloads and prioritize operational activities.
• Knowledge of the work accident/occupational illness declaration process and deadlines.
• Clear communication, escalation management and cross-functional coordination.

• Oversee outsourced work accident/occupational illness case flows ensuring regulatory deadlines are met.
• Distribute workloads fairly and ensure continuity of case processing.
• Support productivity and quality objectives through effective operations management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes.

Ensure the operational management of outsourced work accident/Occupational illness case flows (incoming emails and calls) in order to guarantee:

• Compliance with regulatory deadlines.
• Fair distribution of workload.
• Continuity of case processing.
• Achievement of productivity and quality objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong command of workflow management and reporting tools (advanced Excel, dashboards, ticketing systems, workflow management tools).
• Ability to analyze workloads and prioritize operational activities.
• Knowledge of the work accident/Occupational illness declaration process and key regulatory deadlines.
• Clear communication skills, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination.
• Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to work under pressure in a BPO production environment.
