Airbus Portugal SA seeks a Specialist Business Analyst for Engineering & Manufacturing Engineering in Lisbon. You will manage KPI dashboards, coordinate subcontracting, and lead workforce data across domains while mentoring peers.

The role demands a strong background in business analysis, data management, and financial control, with advanced Excel and Google Workspace skills. Fluent English required; French/German/Spanish a plus. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualificações

• Educational background in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent track record.
• Experience in business analysis, data management, or operational tracking.
• Autonomy to complete tasks with limited supervision and mentor others.
• Advanced mastery of Google Workspace and Excel.
• Fluent English; French/German/Spanish a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Manage KPI dashboards for Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering. Coordinate with Finance data and actors.
• Oversee subcontracting management from PO tracking to goods receipt and monitor risks of late deliveries.
• Lead workforce dashboards and ensure accurate categorization of internal, external, and make resources.
• Identify complex business risks and opportunities and present clear insights to internal customers.
• Support development of solutions and act as interface with remote international stakeholders.
• Drive local Airbus Portugal initiatives, standardize processes, and promote lean Six Sigma improvements.
