Qualifications

Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; data visualization skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret trends in the Portuguese real estate market across sectors.
Produce market reports, presentations, and tailored research materials.
Support brokers and business leaders with data, analysis, and insights for pitches.
Maintain market trackers and research tools for accuracy.
Contribute to publications and client-facing materials.
Identify key market themes, risks, and opportunities and translate into actionable messages.
Collaborate with Research and other lines to deliver timely outputs.
Ensure deliverables are commercially relevant and well-structured.
