Job summary

CORUM is seeking an Investment Analyst to join its Lisbon-based Investment Team. The role focuses on sourcing, underwriting and modelling real estate opportunities across Europe, working with senior professionals in a dynamic, international environment.

You will build and analyse cash flows, assess market data and prepare materials for investment committees, contributing to a fast-paced, cross-border investment platform.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics or Management with relevant experience.
• Strong analytical capabilities across countries and asset classes.
• Working proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish/Italian is a plus.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear communicator with strong written and verbal presentation skills.
• Self-starter with autonomous work style within a team.
• Resilient, adaptable and able to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced context.
• Interest in cross-border investing across European markets.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modelling and scenario analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analysing real estate investment opportunities across sectors and asset classes.
• Building and maintaining detailed discounted cash flow models.
• Analysing market, valuation and comparable transaction data.
• Reviewing tenant, sponsor and counterparty financials.
• Preparing investment committee materials and internal memoranda.
• Supporting senior team members throughout transactions.
