Job summary

Zohorecruit in Porto is seeking a Project Manager to own day‑to‑day execution of the development cycle—from permitting through construction to delivery. You will manage timing, budget, quality and risk, guiding internal and external teams to keep milestones on track.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams, negotiate with authorities, secure permits, and report progress to the board. A results‑driven, autonomous mindset and strong stakeholder management are essential to advance development plans

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of project management experience in real estate or construction.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling and risk management capabilities.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and handling permits and licensing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage project timing, budget, quality and impact targets across decision milestones and phase gates.
• Lead internal teams (Construction, Environment, Sales, Marketing) and external partners, negotiating contracts.
• Secure permits, manage regulatory processes and maintain relationships with municipalities.
• Report progress, risks and outcomes to the board and align planning across departments.
• Build and stress‑test business plans and translate development assumptions into scenarios.
