The role requires a Civil Engineering education, 5+ years in contracting or development, and proficiency with AutoCAD and MS Project; English fluency is valued. Based in Porto, on-site collaboration with architects, contractors, and authorities is essential.

Qualificações

• Civil Engineering education.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Experience with contractor and inspection valued.
• Fluency in English valued.
• Experience with AutoCAD and MS Project.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and secure all entitlements, such as architectural licenses and building permits.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Determine resource requirements and allocate them effectively.
• Manage RFP and procurement of design consultant teams (architects & engineers).
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop project designs and plans.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with zoning, building codes, and permits.
• Manage bidding/tender and selection process for contractors and vendors.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve issues or conflicts during project execution.
• Develop and manage project budgets and control costs.
• Review project-related invoices and payments.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare reports for stakeholders.
