Qualifications

• Strong construction background with solid commercial and financial acumen.
• Hands-on experience in budget management, auditing BOQs, cost control, and subcontractor tendering.
• Active technical support in procurement and contract negotiation.
• Track record of managing projects of similar scale with full ownership of delivery and finances.
• Profile demands strong commercial, financial, and technical project control expertise, not just site supervision.

Responsibilities

• Manage individual construction projects from planning through completion.
• Control project budgets and cost plans, monitor variances.
• Prepare and review BOQs and quantity take-offs.
• Coordinate tendering, evaluate subcontractor Quotations, and recommend appointments.
• Work with procurement to source materials and ensure best technical and commercial options.
• Manage project schedules, costs, variations, and documentation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, architects and clients as required.
• Ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and to required quality standards.
• Provide regular progress, budget, risk, and forecast cost reporting to management.
