VML, part of WPP, is seeking an Optimisation Manager to drive daily high-velocity site optimisation and continuous improvement for global clients from Lisbon. You’ll execute the RIO framework, translate data into live updates, and collaborate with Paid Media, CX, and Development teams to boost conversion rates and trading performance.

Ideal candidates are execution-focused digital specialists, highly organized, with a passion for CRO and real-time analytics.

Qualificações

• Hands-on experience with site optimisation and A/B testing tools.
• Proficient analytics setup and event tracking in web analytics suites.
• Experience editing and running personalization in enterprise CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with CDPs for real-time personalization is desirable.
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS/JS and its impact on rendering.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the site optimisation and RIO roadmap with rapid delivery.
• Own A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalise campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, developers and Paid Media.
• Monitor real-time performance and identify bugs or opportunities.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for weekly reports.
• Manage platform operations and ensure data tagging integrity.
