Capgemini Engineering in Portugal is seeking an N2 Specialized Support Engineer to join our Network Operations team. You will provide advanced support for mobile access network services, ensuring service stability and SLA compliance.

The role covers both Intermediate and Intermediate-Senior profiles, including incident management, RCA, and service improvement initiatives in a hybrid work setting.

Qualificações

• Experience with telecom network operations and incident management.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and vendors.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and RCA capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve complex incidents from Level 1 escalation.
• Coordinate with Level 3, vendors and partners for escalations.
• Perform troubleshooting and root cause analyses for recurring issues.
