Hitachi Rail Portugal, S.A. is seeking a Voice System Engineer to design radio solutions for railway projects on national and international scopes. You will formalise specifications, assemble components, and verify that the system meets operational needs before production and deployment.

The role requires experience in Telephony System design, voice recording concepts, and familiarity with WAN/LAN networks. Travel is expected to support global projects and onsite installations.

Qualificações

• Telecom Engineer degree required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Telephony System design.
• Knowledge of Telephony Systems and Voice Recording Systems.
• Familiarity with WAN/LAN networks is preferred.
• Experience with VMs and ADs is a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English; willingness to travel.

Responsabilidades

• Formalise specifications and engineering plans for the solution.
• Assemble solution elements to evaluate design, behavior and performance.
• Verify the product meets requirements and is ready for production and release.
• Coordinate subsystem development within the agreed architecture and rules.
• Act as project-wide interface for technical matters in the domain.
• Ensure subsystem interfaces are defined, consistent and complete.
• Provide technical input to design reviews with internal teams and customers.
• Perform IVVQ activities including system configuration, verification and FAT tests.
• Support onsite installation.
