Job summary

Air Liquide Europe Business Services (ALEBS) is seeking R2R & Intercompany Specialists (junior to senior) to join the Record to Report & Intercompany team. You will contribute to general ledger, intercompany reconciliations, IRIS reports, and group consolidation in a global, collaborative setting.

The role offers a modern hybrid work model across Europe and opportunities for growth, mentorship, and cross-country finance exposure.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Economics required.
• Fluent English (B2+/C1) mandatory for cross-border collaboration.
• Experience with General Ledger, IFRS and intercompany processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post journal entries and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
• Handle intercompany invoices and reconciliations across entities.
• Prepare IRIS reporting packages and assist with group consolidation.
• Support audits and maintain desktop procedures in line with Group principles.
• Collaborate with CFOs, finance partners, and cross-country teams daily.
