You will sit with stakeholders, shape datasets, and deliver metrics and reporting that guide actions. A strong data-product mindset and pragmatism are essential to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.

You will partner with Data Platform, own KPI definitions, and ensure a trusted, actionable data backbone that scales across the organization.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in an analyst or data role.
• Strong SQL and ability to handle large, messy datasets.
• Systems thinking: trace a metric from source to report.
• Stakeholder management and clear problem statements.

Responsabilidades

• Measure the health of R&D and define KPIs and reporting.
• Build data products: write SQL, model datasets, and stand up reporting.
• Drive impact by finding opportunities where data can improve outcomes.
• Own metric definitions and ensure consistency across the company.
