SEARADAR is seeking a BI / Data Analyst to transform complex data into clear business insights. The role offers remote collaboration with an international team and exposure to Marketing, Operations, and Finance to drive data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, running A/B tests, forecasting metrics, and ensuring data quality. The ideal candidate has 2–3+ years of experience and strong Python/SQL skills in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualificações

• 2–3+ years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Strong hands-on experience with SQL-based data warehouses, particularly Google BigQuery.
• Advanced SQL skills (BigQuery/PostgreSQL).
• Strong Python skills, particularly Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Expert-level Google Sheets skills; Apps Script is a plus.
• Strong understanding of ROI and Gross Margin.
• Experience with forecasting and performance analysis.
• Good understanding of statistical significance, hypothesis testing, and A/B test design.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports.
• Monitor KPIs and provide regular performance snapshots to stakeholders.
• Transform datasets into clear, actionable insights and visualizations.
• Ensure dashboards are accurate, reliable, and easy to understand.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
