A leading consultancy in tech is looking for a Senior SAP QM Process Expert to support S/4HANA transformation in an automotive environment. You will be responsible for configuring SAP QM processes, ensuring compliance with ISO and other regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders. A strong background in SAP QM and data migration is required, along with 5+ years of experience. This hybrid role is based in Porto, offering flexibility with three days on-site work each week.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Quality Management process expert in S/4HANA transformation projects.
• Proven experience with data migration requirements in ECC to S/4HANA or non-SAP to S/4HANA transformations.
• Strong understanding of compliance workflows, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

We are looking for a Senior SAP QM Process Expert to support S/4HANA transformation and rollout initiatives in an automotive tech environment.

Work setup: Hybrid – Porto – 3 days on-site per week.

Responsibilities:

• Configure SAP S/4HANA QM processes in line with target processes defined by Global Process Owners and business requirements
• Govern required data structures and support data migration activities within site readiness and rollout projects
• Ensure integration of QM processes with MM, PP, SD, and related quality solutions such as MHP Cockpit
• Set up and validate compliance workflows aligned with regulatory requirements including ISO, FDA, SOX, and GDPR
• Prepare and maintain audit‑ready process and compliance documentation for internal and external audits
• Define and execute test scenarios during SIT and UAT to validate quality and compliance configurations
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, GPOs, rollout teams, and data migration factory teams
• Drive continuous improvement of QM, compliance, and data migration processes based on SAP best practices and regulatory changes

Must‑have requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as an SAP Quality Management process expert in S/4HANA transformation projects
• Strong hands‑on expertise in SAP QM and its integration points with MM, PP, and SD
• Proven experience with data migration requirements in ECC to S/4HANA or non‑SAP to S/4HANA transformations
• Strong understanding of compliance workflows, audit requirements, and regulatory frameworks such as ISO, FDA, SOX, and GDPR
• Ability to work across business and IT teams in rollout and site readiness environments
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
• Fluency in English
