Grafton is seeking a driven, detail-oriented professional to join our expanding Shared Service Center in a dual-impact role, focused on maintaining the Quality Management System and assisting in transitioning business processes from multiple countries into the SSC.

You will design, implement, and monitor QMS processes, drive ISO 9001 readiness, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and operational excellence across the SSC.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or Project Management; SSC environments preferred.
• Proficiency in process mapping and presentation tools.
• Strong resilience, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• Continuous-improvement mindset and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System across the SSC.
• Lead roadmap towards ISO 9001 certification in the medium term.
• Define, monitor, and report on Quality KPIs.
• Track and ensure timely execution of all TLD updates.
• Develop and manage an internal audit calendar for continuous improvement.
• Plan and communicate QMS changes with stakeholders and ensure compliance.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented professional to join our expanding Shared Service Center (SSC) in a dual-impact role. In this position, you will support the maintenance and optimization of our Quality Management System (QMS) while also assisting in the smooth transition of business processes from multiple countries into our SSC.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management & Excellence

• Design, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Management System across the SSC to ensure service consistency.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of the roadmap toward ISO 9001 certification in the medium term.
• Define, monitor, and report on Quality KPIs, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.
• Track and ensure timely and accurate execution of all TLD updates.
• Develop and manage an internal audit calendar to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Plan, assess risks, implement, document, and communicate QMS changes while ensuring compliance, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or Project Management; experience in SSCenvironments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in process mapping and presentation tools.
• Strong resilience, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
• A strong continuous-improvement mindset and a solution-oriented approach.
