Job summary

GROHE is seeking a Quality Engineer to drive quality management across the product lifecycle. You will liaise with factories, R&D, purchasing and marketing to ensure world-class standards are met and sustained. This role demands hands-on QA leadership and a strong process-control mindset.

Responsibilities include applying FMEA, tracking project maturity, conducting audits, and leading continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring safe launches and cost-quality metrics are optimized.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on quality management experience.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; IATF 16949 experience is a plus.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of practical quality management experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus)
• Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process
• Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous
