Qualifications
- Degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
- At least 5 years of practical quality management experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus).
- Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process.
- Quality training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects.
- Track and drive project maturity levels.
- Conduct process audits to maintain top-tier standards.
- Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures.
- Support safe launch activities within your product group.
- Lead continuous improvement projects for both new and existing products.
- Report and monitor quality performance, including error rates and costs.
