Grohe Portugal Componentes Sanitarios Lda. is seeking a Quality Engineer to ensure excellence across the product lifecycle, collaborating with factories, R&D, purchasing, and marketing to deliver world-class products.

The candidate will apply FMEA, lead audits, drive project maturity, manage nonconformities, and support safe product launches, with fluency in English and a background in mechanical/electrical/industrial engineering.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 5+ years in quality management.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; IATF 16949 a plus.
• APQP/Stage Gate Process expertise.
• Quality training (e.g., Six Sigma) desirable.
• Fluent English communication.
• MS Office / Google Workspace; SAP knowledge advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Apply quality methods such as FMEA in projects.
• Track and drive project maturity levels.
• Conduct process audits to maintain top-tier standards.
• Identify quality risks and implement corrective measures.

• Lead continuous improvement projects for both new and existing products.

What You’ll Do

What You Bring

• A degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
• At least 5 years of practical quality management experience
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 (IATF 16949 experience a plus)
• Expertise in APQP/Stage Gate Process
• Additional quality management training (auditor, Six Sigma) desirable
• Fluent English communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; MS Project and SAP knowledge advantageous
