PPOAR is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer in Braga with a strong focus on software quality. The role involves designing and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.

You will perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing, verify fixes, and analyze root causes. Remote considerations may apply for exceptional candidates; compensation includes health insurance and growth opportunities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Experience as QA Engineer or similar role
• Familiarity with SDLC processes
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools (e.g. Selenium)
• Knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Java) is a plus
• Understanding of agile methodologies is preferred
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams

Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and services. You will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, identifying and reporting defects, and working closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality deliverables. Your attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills will be essential in this role.

Location:

This position is based in Braga but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates.

Salary:
