Job summary

Wire IT, based in Portugal, is seeking a QA Consultant to join our hybrid Lisbon team. You will test web and mobile apps, design and execute test cases, and contribute to quality processes in an Agile environment.

3+ years of QA experience, fluent English, and hands-on use of test management tools (Xray) are required. SDLC/STLC knowledge and ISTQB are a plus. Health insurance, vacation days, meal allowance and training budget are provided.

Role:QA Consultant

Location: Hybrid, Lisbon Portugal

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a strong focus on manual testing
• Experience testing both web and mobile applications
• Hands-on experience with Xray for test management
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, processes, and best practices
• Experience designing and executing test cases and test scenarios
• Experience with defect management and bug-tracking tools
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• ISTQB certification is a plus
• Fluent in English — written and spoken (mandatory)
