Job summary

Affinity is seeking a Test Automation Engineer to strengthen our QA capabilities. You will help design and maintain automated tests using Playwright or Cypress, validate data with SQL, and support CI/CD pipelines across projects.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in automated testing, strong analytical and teamwork skills, and English proficiency (B2). Join a Portuguese technology consultancy with hybrid work options in Porto and international collaborations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Test Automation Engineer or similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Playwright and/or Cypress.
• Knowledge of SQL for data validation and analysis.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in functional, integration, regression and end-to-end testing.
• Interest in and/or experience applying Artificial Intelligence to Testing.
• Analytical, autonomous and problem-solving mindset; strong communication and teamwork.
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
