Job summary

Team.it in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a Senior Automation QA Engineer to own and drive quality across the software development lifecycle for our SaaS product. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks with Playwright, implement API/UI/end-to-end tests, and integrate automation into CI/CD, while mentoring colleagues and raising QA standards.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or QA engineering.
3+ years of hands-on experience in test automation.
Experience testing SaaS products in continuous delivery environments.
Strong knowledge of REST API testing and tools; SQL knowledge helpful.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the quality engineering strategy across the SDLC for a SaaS product.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable automated test frameworks using Playwright.
Build and maintain UI, API, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines and establish quality gates.
Mentor QA engineers and promote QA best practices across teams.
