Decskill is expanding our team and seeking an AI & RPA Developer to join our IT consulting group with over a decade of experience. The role focuses on designing and delivering Robotic Process Automation solutions, integrating GenAI capabilities, and coordinating with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across Lisbon and Porto, contributing to projects with national and international context.

Qualificações

• Experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
• Knowledge of API integration and GenAI solutions.
• Experience integrating GenAI into automation workflows is a plus.
• Ability to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of software development best practices, testing, and deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fluency in English.
• Proactive, self-motivated and quality-oriented mindset.
