Syone is seeking an experienced software engineer to design, develop, and maintain scalable applications. You will build high-quality interfaces with Angular, deploy cloud-native microservices on Google Cloud, and collaborate on feature delivery and architectural improvements.

Requirements include 6+ years in software development, strong Java/Spring experience, RESTful API design, and solid CI/CD knowledge. Fluency in English is expected; mentoring junior developers is part of the role.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise-grade apps.
• Strong Java (17/21) expertise with OOP, patterns, and clean code.
• Deep Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Cloud, Maven, and Git knowledge.
• 6+ years in Angular, with recent versions preferred.
• Strong RESTful API design, microservices architecture, and cloud skills.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release) and SQL DBs like Oracle.
• Knowledge of NoSQL is a plus; plus GCP services (GKE, Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Spanner).
• Analytical, problem-solving, architectural design skills; fluent English.

What you will do

• Act as a key technical reference within the Agile development team, contributing throughout the full software development lifecycle;
• Design, develop, and maintain testable, scalable, reusable, and high-quality software solutions;
• Design and implement high-performance, user-friendly interfaces using Angular;
• Design, deploy, and manage cloud-native applications and microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP);
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new business features and architectural improvements;
• Design and integrate secure RESTful APIs, ensuring efficient communication between frontend, backend, and cloud services;
• Participate in code reviews, establish coding standards, and promote high-quality software development practices;
• Troubleshoot, debug, and profile applications to improve performance, scalability, and user experience;
• Contribute to CI/CD, deployment, and release activities across hybrid and cloud environments;
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends, contributing to continuous technical innovation;
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous technical growth.

What you need to bring

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered;
• 6+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong experience in enterprise-grade applications;
• Deep proficiency in Java 17/21, including object-oriented programming, design patterns, and clean code principles;
• Strong experience with Spring Boot 3.x, Spring Cloud, Maven, and Git;
• 6+ years of hands‑on experience with Angular, preferably with recent Angular versions;
• Good knowledge of RESTful API design and development;
• Experience with Microservices architecture;
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, XL Deploy, and XL Release;
• Strong experience with SQL databases, such as Oracle;
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases is considered a plus;
• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly services such as GKE, Cloud Run, App Engine, Cloud SQL, Spanner, and/or Cloud Storage;
• Knowledge of Cloud Build and Cloud Functions is considered a plus;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and architectural design skills;
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• Fluent English – B2/C1 level minimum.
