Fyld in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Python Backend Developer to design robust, scalable backends and services that power critical applications. You will work with Django/Flask/FastAPI, PostgreSQL/MySQL, Git, and CI/CD in an Agile environment, ensuring clean code and reliable production systems, with professional English communication.

Strong problem solving, testing, and performance optimization are expected, along with collaboration with product and frontend teams to deliver meaningful

Qualificações

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with Python
• Strong proficiency in Python 3.x and object-oriented programming
• Professional experience developing backend applications and services
• Experience with Django, Flask, FastAPI or similar
• Experience designing and developing REST APIs
• Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL or similar relational databases
• Experience with SQL and ORM technologies
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and external systems
• Good understanding of software architecture, clean code and development best practices
• Experience with automated testing
• Good knowledge of Git
• Familiarity with Docker and CI/CD
• Understanding of backend security best practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production applications
• Experience working in Agile development teams
• Fluency in English

Nice To Have

• Experience with async programming
• Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ or similar
• Experience with microservices
• Experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
