Fyld is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our Lisbon-based team. You will drive automation, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure provisioning to accelerate delivery and reliability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS / SWE / IT or related field.
• Proven DevOps experience in similar roles.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and SDLC.
• Hands-on with GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins.
• IaC experience with Terraform/OpenTofu/Ansible, etc.
• Docker and containerized environments experience.
• Kubernetes and Helm expertise.
• Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud platforms.
• Scripting in Python, Bash or PowerShell.
• Git/version control best practices.
• Security concepts and DevSecOps familiarity.
• Observability: monitoring/logging basics.
• Strong collaboration with developers and security teams.
• Fluent in English.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, DevOps Specialist or similar role
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and software delivery lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Jenkins or equivalent
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible or similar technologies
• Strong experience with Docker and containerized application environments
• Experience with Kubernetes and related technologies such as Helm
• Experience working with at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure or GCP
• Strong scripting and automation skills using Python, Bash, PowerShell or similar
• Experience with Git, branching strategies and version control best practices
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking and security fundamentals
• Experience implementing automation across development, testing and production environments
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging and observability practices
• Knowledge of security best practices and DevSecOps principles
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues in production environments
• Ability to collaborate closely with software developers, infrastructure engineers, security teams and other stakeholders
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with GitOps and tools such as Argo CD or Flux
• Experience with Kubernetes in production environments
• Knowledge of OpenTelemetry, Prometheus and Grafana
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices
• Experience with policy-as-code or secrets management solutions
• Experience implementing automated security and compliance checks in CI/CD pipelines
• Relevant certifications such as CKA, CKAD, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert
