• Passion for social media and influencer marketing.

• Strong communication and collaboration in fast-paced cross-functional environments.
• Proactive with a growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
• Bachelor or Master degree; preferred fields: Business, Marketing, or Law.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus.

Aufgaben

• Sourcing Execution & Commercial Delivery: develop and activate partner sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Lead projects end-to-end: identify, select and qualify partners; negotiate terms; manage contracts; launch and oversee execution.
• Partner Management: build strong relationships with influencers, agencies, creators; lead negotiations and contracting.
• Governance & Compliance: ensure coordination across projects and partners, ensure company policies and processes are followed.
• Business Collaboration & Insights: work with Brand, Finance, Legal, and other teams; use data and trends to identify opportunities.
