Who You Are

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar, with a proven record of academic excellence. Master’s degree highly valued
• Proven experience in consulting or advisory environments, solving complex, ambiguous client problems.
• Experience in purchasing and supply chain management
• Exceptional analytical rigor and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into clear recommendations.
• Ability to apply data, analytics, and AI-enabled approaches to improve procurement, operations, and capital project outcomes.
• Ability to excel in high-performance, multi-disciplinary teams and engage senior stakeholders.
• A strong ownership mindset and entrepreneurial drive to build impact in a fast-growing regional platform.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (fluent in Portuguese and English for our Lisbon office).
