Procter & Gamble in Lisbon is seeking an Influencer & Community Manager to lead influencer partnerships, strategy, and end-to-end execution across Portugal. You will own briefings, content delivery, and ROI-focused budget management while nurturing creator relationships and driving brand conversations.

You will amplify UGC and advocacy, work with Brand, Media, and PR teams, and help shape local strategies with global guidance.

Qualificações

• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social media is essential.
• Exposure to health/beauty or consumer brands is an advantage.
• Proven record of managing end-to-end influencer campaigns from briefing to reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead locally relevant influencer and creator strategies in line with regional guidance.
• Own end-to-end campaign delivery: briefing, content, rollout, budget with ROI focus.
• Drive community engagement, advocacy, and ongoing conversations across platforms.
• Monitor trends, provide actionable insights, and ensure compliance with guidelines.
