Job summary

Procter & Gamble is seeking an Influencer & Community Manager to lead local influencer strategy and partnerships in Portugal. You will own end-to-end campaigns—from brief to content delivery and ROI-focused analysis—across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Reddit, collaborating with Brand, Media, and PR teams to drive relevance and trust.

You’ll shape social-native content, monitor trends with AI tools, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local advertising rules while building a vibrant

Qualifications

• Experience in influencer marketing or creator partnerships.
• Portuguese and English mandatory.
• Proven end-to-end influencer campaign delivery.
• Strong understanding of Portugal creator landscape.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze performance.
• Budget management and delivering measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Lead influencer and creator strategy and execution.
• Identify, vet and onboard creators across tiers (micro, macro, celebrity, experts).
• Build and manage relationships with creators, agents, and talent partners.
• Own campaign delivery end-to-end: briefing, content, rollout, ROI-focused analysis.
• Engage with audiences across key platforms and drive ongoing advocacy.
• Monitor sentiment and escalate risks.
• Develop and maintain community guidelines and escalation protocols.
• Drive UGC and advocacy programmes across platforms.
