Job summary

Unit4 seeks a Product Director for Professional Services to own the vertical product vision, strategy, and roadmap that makes Unit4 the ERP of choice for mid-market PSOs. You will own the backlog, outcomes, and the commercial case for why the PSO vertical wins, working with engineering on a dedicated capacity to build vertical depth in the platform.

Qualifications

Proven product management experience building enterprise software for professional services organizations (ERP, PSA, or enterprise SaaS).
Deep understanding of PSO operating models: pipeline-to-revenue, utilization, billing, and partner economics.
Strong ability to translate industry knowledge into product requirements and roadmaps.
Commercial orientation with focus on ARR, win rate, and customer retention.

Responsibilities

Own the Professional Services product vision, strategy, and multi-horizon roadmap aligned with platform strategy.
Define adoption and customer impact goals for each capability and track outcomes post-launch.
Serve as industry authority for PSOs to support positioning, demos, and pre-sales.
Lead a prioritized backlog with engineering capacity, defining outcomes, success metrics, release plans, and quality criteria.
Translate PSO market insights into investment-backed requirements and build-vs-partner decisions.
