Adecco Human Resources is seeking a highly motivated privacy and security professional to support Uber data requests in Portugal. This full-time role in Lisbon offers a structured day from 09:00 to 18:00, with an international, multicultural environment and ongoing training.

Fluency in English and Turkish, independent work style, and proficiency with PC/Mac and MS Office are essential. You will interact with European authorities in a calm, professional manner, following strict processes and SLA

Qualificações

• Fluency in reading, writing and conversational English and Turkish.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking and good judgment.
• Skilled in various computer systems, internet technology and software (PC, Mac, MS Office, online research, etc.).
• Confidence to interact with European police and other government agents in a calm, professional manner, both in writing and over the phone.
• Adherence to specific processes to maintain productivity and SLA commitments.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, start-up culture.

Responsabilidades

• Follow local government requirements and Uber policies in responding to requests from government agencies in an accurate and timely manner.
• Protect the privacy of our users' data through robust analysis of all requests against strict legal and ethical requirements.
• Respond to requests from European public safety and law enforcement agencies within service level agreement times.
• Respond to urgent priority requests within service level agreement times.
• Be flexible and prepared to cover weekend duties and public holidays as necessary, to support business needs.
