Wire IT is seeking an OutSystems Tech Lead to drive enterprise-scale OutSystems projects with a senior, client-facing approach. You will lead architecture design, integration work, and code reviews, while mentoring developers in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

You will communicate with stakeholders, ensuring secure, scalable solutions and sustainable DevOps practices across the project lifecycle. Proficiency in English and Portuguese is required.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience delivering OutSystems applications.
• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Senior Developer or Solution Lead on enterprise-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of OutSystems 11 architecture and development.
• Experience designing scalable, secure and maintainable solutions.
• Strong experience with REST APIs, SOAP integrations, databases and application architecture.
• Experience with code reviews and establishing development quality standards.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with Reactive Web Applications.
• Knowledge of SQL Server and relational databases.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
• Knowledge of application security and performance optimization.
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
• Experience with application lifecycle management.
• OutSystems Developer Cloud (ODC) is valued.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced and multicultural environments.
