Job summary

Quadrante is seeking a Project Manager – Waste & Water Utilities to lead multidisciplinary hydraulic projects across urban water, agricultural hydraulics, and water resources. You will coordinate schedules, budgets, and stakeholder relationships, delivering high-impact building projects with a focus on quality and timelines.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in Civil Engineering and have PM experience in engineering environments, with proficiency in MS Project or Primavera and hydraulic modelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Civil/Environmental/Agricultural Engineering is required or equivalent.
• Professional experience in project management within engineering environments is preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary hydraulic projects across urban water, agricultural hydraulics and water resources.
• Define and monitor project schedules, resources and budgets to meet client requirements.
• Manage client expectations and foster relationships based on trust and transparency.
• Monitor progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Promote collaboration across production teams to meet quality and deadline objectives.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure quality of technical deliverables.
