Quadrante is seeking an Associate Engineer to join our team and play a key role in delivering complex building projects in Lisbon or Porto. You will contribute to hydraulics and water resources projects, guiding teams and coordinating with clients to ensure high technical quality.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and ongoing development within a values-driven culture, offering flexible working and international exposure.

Qualificações

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (Hydraulics and Water Resources) or related field.
• Experience in the design and development of hydraulic projects.
• Strategic and analytical thinking with proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills with excellent communication.
• Curiosity to challenge conventions and explore new possibilities.
• Ambition to grow while helping others grow with leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD; knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D and Revit valued.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Actively contribute to the development of projects in urban hydraulics, water resources, and agricultural hydraulics, ensuring high technical quality and alignment with client objectives.
• Design innovative, sustainable, and efficient technical solutions, in compliance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
• Manage project timelines and resources effectively, ensuring delivery within defined deadlines and budgets.
• Support, guide, and supervise junior team members, promoting their technical and professional development.
• Develop and implement tools, methodologies, and work processes that enhance project performance and continuous improvement.
• Ensure coordination with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders, maintaining clear and effective communication.
