Job summary

Siemens Energy is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale, industrial customer project in the Distribution Transformers domain. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from planning to delivery, coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure milestones align with strategic goals.

You will manage scope, budgets, and procurement, lead negotiations, and maintain rigorous financial control to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of large or complex project management experience in industrial or B2B systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Italian and English; able to work in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and meetings.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables, using standard project management methodologies

What You Bring

• Strong negotiation, influencing, and customer relationship management skills.
• You have advanced Italian and English proficiency and are comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
• Occasional travel may be required to customer sites and internal meetings.

The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 50.000 - € 68.000 gross per year.

Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.

Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications. In such cases, the specific salary range for the location of interest will be communicated in the early stages of the recruitment process and, in any case, before any potential offer of employment is made.
