Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex telecom software projects. You will drive design, integration, validation, and acceptance across multi-disciplinary teams and ensure high-quality outcomes.

You will work with Managed Services, NPI, Care, R&D, and customer stakeholders, overseeing risks, dependencies, and governance to meet milestones and deliverables.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in Technical Project Management within Telecom software development, implementation, or system integration environments.
• Solid understanding of software-based telecommunications solutions and delivery processes.
• Experience coordinating complex application integration projects across multiple domains and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with databases such as Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL; TCP/IP networking and telecom protocols.

Responsabilidades

• Providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading project initiation, setup, planning, and execution activities.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing project dependencies.
• Identifying technical and delivery risks and defining mitigation plans.
• Tracking project progress and ensuring alignment with milestones and deliverables.
• Producing regular project status reports with achievements, progress, issues, risks, and next steps.
• Managing customer-facing activities and acting as a trusted technical point of contact.
• Collaborating with R&D teams on technical challenges and product topics.
• Reviewing and validating technical documentation (HLD, LLD, SVS, Test Strategies, ATPs, MOPs).
• Coordinating testing, validation, acceptance, and deployment activities.
• Ensuring governance, quality standards, and customer expectations are met.

YOUR ROLE

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of complex telecommunications projects, ensuring successful execution across Design, Integration, Validation, and Acceptance phases.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Managed Services, NPI, Care, R&D, and customer stakeholders, driving technical excellence and ensuring project objectives are delivered on time and with the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

• Reviewing and validating technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, SVS, Test Strategies, ATPs, and MOPs.
• Coordinating testing, validation, acceptance, and deployment activities.
• Ensuring project governance, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met.

YOUR PROFILE

• Proven experience in Technical Project Management within Telecom software development, implementation, or system integration environments.
• Solid understanding of software-based telecommunications solutions and delivery processes.
• Experience coordinating complex application integration projects across multiple domains and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux operating systems.
• Experience working with databases such as Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, and SQL.Good understanding of TCP/IP networking and telecom protocols, including:
  • Diameter
  • HTTP2
  • SIP
  • SOAP/XML
  • SNMP
• Knowledge of Cloud and Virtualized Network technologies, including:
  • VNF / CNF
  • CBIS / CBAM
  • NCS / NCOM
  • VMware
  • OpenStack
• Basic understanding of telecom core network platforms and subscriber management solutions, such as:
  • HSS / HLR
  • SDL
  • AUSF / UDM
  • EIR
  • One-MNP
  • One-NDS
• Knowledge of Mobile Network Integration, VoLTE, IMS, and Payment Systems is highly desirable.
• Previous experience working with OSS/BSS platforms and operational frameworks.
• PMI certification or formal Project Management training is considered an advantage.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder management experience.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
