Decskill, an IT consulting firm with a hybrid work model in Lisbon, is seeking a Project Manager fluent in French and English. You will oversee IT industrialization efforts, improve SDLC quality gates, and push CI/CD excellence to deliver high-quality software.

The role requires a CS/IT degree and prior PM experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple departments to drive innovation and maintain strong client relations.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• French language is mandatory with at least B2 level.
• English language is mandatory with at least B2 level.
• Experience in Project Management with a focus on IT industrialization is a plus.

We would like to meet a Project Manager (French Speaking) for a project with a hybrid working model in Lisbon, Portugal (2x/week at the office).

Responsibilities:

• Lead the assessment and standardization of quality gates within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Enhance Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices to optimize software delivery and deployment processes.
• Develop and implement best practices for software development industrialization, ensuring increased efficiency and quality.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and accessibility improvements through the application of AI technologies.
• Collaborate closely with the manager of the assigned area to align industrialization projects with broader business objectives.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships across multiple departments to drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• French is mandatory, with a minimum level of B2 in both spoken and written communication.
• English is also mandatory, with a minimum level of B2 in both spoken and written communication.
• Proven experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on IT Industrialization, is a plus.
• In-depth understanding of Software Development Processes, CI/CD Methodologies, DevOps, and Quality Assurance Practices.
• Familiarity with AI Concepts and Technologies is a plus, but not the primary focus of the role.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with teams.
