Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or a related field 3–7 Years of relevant Project Management experience Fluent English, both oral and written Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Experience defining new operating models Ability to manage a project’s full life cycle, from assessment and design through implementation Excellent communication skills and ability to manage or facilitate workshops, meetings, and trainings Ability to understand, explain, and support change Strong time management, organizational, and critical thinking skills
