Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, IT, statistics, mathematics, or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Разработка и поддержка конвейеров данных end-to-end с использованием Dataiku для приема, трансформации и внедрения моделей.
• Построение и владение дашбордами Power BI с отображением AUM, производительности и рисков для топ-менеджеров.
• Сотрудничество с менеджерами по работе с клиентами и инвестиционными консультантами для перевода бизнес-вопросов в аналитические рамки и KPI.
• Обеспечение качества данных, управления и соблюдения нормативов в активов данных.
• Наставничство младших аналитиков и участие в документации по лучшим практикам и тренингах.
• Поддержка требований регуляторной и аудиторской отчетности посредством поддержания трассируемых пайплайнов и данных.
• Участие в улучшении аналитической инфраструктуры, оценка новых инструментов и предложение улучшений в рамках стратегии Wealth Management.

BNP Paribas Wealth Management is a global private bank that delivers tailored private banking services backed by the global expertise of BNP Paribas. It manages wealth management activities across Europe, Asia and the Middle East and operates a competence center in Lisbon serving several locations.

Задачи

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end data workflows using Dataiku, covering data ingestion, transformation, and model deployment across wealth portfolios.
• Build and own Power BI dashboards and reports delivering real-time Assets Under Management (AUM), performance, and risk insights to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with relationship managers and investment advisors to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards across wealth data assets.
• Mentor junior data analysts and contribute to best-practices documentation and internal training.
• Support regulatory and audit reporting requirements by maintaining traceable, well-documented pipelines and data lineage records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the analytics infrastructure by evaluating emerging tools and proposing enhancements aligned with business strategy at Wealth Management head office level.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data analytics, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau and data modelling.
• Proficiency in Dataiku, Alteryx, SAS, Domino, or programming in Python and SQL.
• Fluent in English.
• Adaptable, autonomous, proactive, and organized, with the ability to multitask.
• Result-driven and constantly looking for ways to improve performance.
• Able to collaborate and work transversally in a team.
• Able to communicate and share information with IT and non-IT stakeholders.
