Гибридный формат работы с оборудованием и возможностью удалённой работы; ожидается взаимодействие с Security Operations и CISO Office, а также подготовка управленческих материалов. Официально принимаются резюме на английском языке.

Qualificações

• Степень бакалавра в ИТ, CS или смежной области.
• Опыт до 5 лет в дата-инженерии, аналитике данных, кибербезопасности или смежной области.
• Высокий уровень владения английским (письменно и устно).
• Знание доменов киберрисков, сканеров уязвимостей, операционной кибербезопасности.
• Продвинутый Python (Pandas/PySpark) и SQL (MSSQL/T-SQL/PostgreSQL).
• Опыт ETL оркстрации, архитектуры безопасности и интеграции API.
• Продвинутый Power BI (DAX), Excel (Power Query), PowerPoint (Slide Master).
• Знание данных SecOps (SIEM, сканеры уязвимостей, ServiceNow GRC, Confluence, SharePoint).
• Аккуратность, внимательность к деталям, проактивный подход.
• Желательно: сертификаты DP-203/700, PL-300, SY0-701, CompTIA Security+.

Responsabilidades

• Аудит существующих метрик и источников данных, выявление возможностей автоматизации.
• Планирование, дизайн и внедрение масштабируемых конвейеров данных с участием стейкхолдеров.

• Доработка релевантности KPI и веса метрик.
• Преобразование рисков в показатели эффективности.
• Построение кросс-функциональных связей и упрощение технических концепций для руководства.
• Доклад narratives на основе сложных данных исполнительному руководству.
• Переход к автоматизированной data-driven среде, предвидение потребностей.

• Audit existing metrics, data sources, manual workflows, and automation opportunities
• Plan, design, and implement scalable data pipelines with stakeholders
• Improve pipelines to ensure data accuracy and reliability
• Build, maintain, and optimise automated Power BI dashboards
• Replace manual reporting with live, data-driven quantitative visualisations
• Enforce standardised reporting templates and slide masters across department communications
• Lead periodic validation sessions with Security Operations and the CISO Office
• Refine KPI relevance and adjust metric weightings
• Translate risk postures into performance metrics
• Build cross-functional relationships and synthesise complex technical concepts into actionable insights
• Present concise narratives based on complex datasets to executive management
• Drive the transition from manual reporting to an automated data-driven environment
• Anticipate future reporting needs and propose pipeline enhancements

Требования:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Up to 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, Cybersecurity, or a similar field
• Advanced English proficiency, written and oral
• Knowledge of cybersecurity risk domains, vulnerability scanners, and the cybersecurity operational landscape
• Advanced proficiency in Python, including Pandas and PySpark, and SQL, including MSSQL, T-SQL, and PostgreSQL
• Knowledge of ETL orchestration, security architecture, and API integration
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including Data Analysis Expressions, Excel, including Power Query, and PowerPoint, including Slide Master
• Familiarity with Security Operations data, including SIEM, vulnerability scanners, ServiceNow GRC, Confluence, and SharePoint
• Ability to maintain attention to detail and demonstrate rigour
• Proactive approach
• Nice to have: Azure Data Engineering certifications DP-203/700, Microsoft Data Analyst certification PL-300 or equivalent, SY0-701 certification, CompTIA Security certification
