360Dialog is seeking an Experienced Senior Project Manager to lead client onboarding and cross-functional delivery for its WhatsApp platform. You will coordinate Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to guide multiple enterprise projects from kickoff to successful delivery.

The role is fully remote, contract-based, and requires 3+ years in SaaS/B2B settings, strong stakeholder management, and a data-driven approach to timelines and KPIs.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within SaaS, martech, or B2B tech environments.
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects/clients with competing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management — able to align internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and external clients.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Comfortable working with project tracking tools.
• Data-driven mindset — able to define, track, and report on project KPIs and timelines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Lead client onboarding end-to-end — WABA setup, number registration, template approvals, and technical integration (API, CRM/Salesforce)
• Plan and manage WhatsApp campaign sendouts, including template classification, scheduling, and delivery troubleshooting
• Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise clients, running status calls and managing escalations
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and keep projects on track
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status tracking
• Identify process gaps and contribute to onboarding/sendout playbooks

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within SaaS, martech, or B2B tech environments

Budget

The budget range for this role is €3.000/Month – €3.500/Month, depending on the candidate’s level of experience and fit with the position requirements.
